		<description>I&#039;ve found that in consulting, when I&#039;m charging less per intervention than the monthly salary of the person I&#039;m pitching to, I&#039;m treated like a low-level employee. If I&#039;m charging more, I&#039;m treated with respect. The trick to consulting happiness is to interpret the clues and make an accurate guess as to the person&#039;s salary.
