I think giving them out for free is more fun.

    Why did you stop selling shirts? Too much work for too little return? I’d been poin­ting shirt ven­dors to your ideas about limi­ted runs and such as a way to boost cachet, ins­tead of trea­ting small runs as if they were an admis­sion of com­mer­cial or finan­cial fai­lure, and I’m curious as to what changed.
