Hugh are you not worried that WiFi is emiting electro magnetic fields that may be harmful?

  4. Seth — Hugh taught me early on that decommodification is at once the hardest and easiest thing to do. Here’s a hint of what I’ve learned — how about having a conversation with customers to find out what it is they like and dislike about you? How about putting something back into their communities of interest about topics of interest to them that you already know about because you work intimately with those customers — don’t you?
