    the link to the Eco­no­mist article is pre­fi­xed with “mailto:” which is making the url to open up the mail client (out­look etc).
    Please do fix the link.

    Yes, what Pra­deep said. Plus the link itself doesn’t appear to go to a valid URL.
    I know you’re sick, so don’t worry too much about it. But I really want to read that article.
    Guess I’ll have to use The Eco­no­mist search func­tion. Horrors! :)

  4. It remin­ded me a little on one of the Star­trek movies (First Con­tact). When the visi­tor of our cen­tury saw the Enter­prise she asked “Such a ship must be very expen­sive” and Cap­tain Picard ans­we­red “We moved bejond money in our times”.
    It seems that the idea of a “com­mon good” once libe­ra­ted from doc­tri­nes or party rule is a via­ble (and pro­fi­ta­ble) way to work with. :-) stw
