My opinion of Microsoft is proof on how blogging can change how a company is seen. For years you could not find a bigger Microsoft hater than me but the last few months I have been reading the various MS blogs and no longer feel the same. Top job!
That’s funny cause the more I read what they have to say the more I hate them. And I’ve been an MS hater for years (see http://www.msversus.org ). Their blogs just show how out-of-touch they are with non-Microsoft fans. They focus too much on things that aren’t serious issues. They spend way too much time patting each other on the back. They’re just completely out of touch with reality.
