    I like that — “requi­res pas­sion and autho­rity”. I’m not sure whether it really lea­ves out most peo­ple, but I think it’s true that blog­ging requi­res pas­sion — if you don’t have it you won’t keep going — and autho­rity — at least in some defi­ned field.
