The level of support you will receive depends on who you get to speak to and what you need support on. Apple is pretty good at supporting the home users but faills on Enterprise while Dell pisses on their home users but treats their Enterprise users like royalty. PS I worked for 6 years of my life on various telephone support centers. It’s not a company thing, it’s a people thing. I’d agree that Apple doesn’t need a Scoble, as they have an angelic rep so they feel no need to blog about anything as a means to put a “human face” on the company.
