Reading Horse Bliss and &quot;A secret recipe to horsemanship is to create curiosity&quot; went bingo ! in my head.
If you interrupt people you scare them away - if however you create curiosity like the Horse Whisperer, then the customer (horse) is only drawn to you without fear but has confidence in you.
What a great marketing analogy this is.
