stormhoek design update

Just an update on the new Stormhoek Design.
Well, we’ve taken on board what you guys came up with [a lot of it was exce­llent], and we’ve given the info to our head desig­ner. Once the new design is in Beta we’ll show it to you, and announce the

    Print car­toons on the corks. That way you have to buy a bottle and open it to read them.
    And I could make a cool pin­board out of them.

    I don’t check Stormhoek’s web­site that often (note to self: add feed to new feed rea­der), but I was won­der­fully sur­pri­sed when I read on gaping­void about a few new “hacks” being imple­men­ted at Stormhoek.

    I bought two bott­les in Sainsbury’s. So I guess it is star­ting to work! New design or not!

  6. Bott­ling the wine in South Africa then sch­lep­ping it to Europe or the USA is an expen­sive busi­ness. Far more eco­no­mi­cal would be just ship­ping it up in bulk con­tai­ners, and bott­ling it nea­rer where it’s sold
    Didn’t that sort of work for Coca-Cola. Micro-bottling.
