Last wee­kend I was in the South of France. 2 nights ago I was in Lon­don, doing the Lon­don Mar­ke­ting Soi­ree with Seth Godin. Today I am in Paris, typing this from my usual inter­net cafe in Mont­par­nasse.
The Lon­don Din­ner was very, very cool. I’d seriously recom­mend you clic­king on the link etc.
Thanks Seth, for making it such a won­der­ful eve­ning for all con­cer­ned.

   Igor, it’s known here in Paris as a “Car­net”… a book of ten tic­kets at a redu­ced rate.
   This tic­ket was one of the ten…

   I guess my ques­tion is about the redu­ced rate. You gene­rally get a redu­ced rate only when you are under six years of age or if you are old. I am in Paris too.

   Thanks for orga­ni­sing the din­ner Hugh — ever­yone I spoke to enjo­yed it immen­sely, though they had var­ying levels of accep­tance of Seth’s ideas.

   Peo­ple wouldn’t have redu­ced rate tic­kets if these bloody machi­nes were a tad more friendly. Way to go hugh!
   lon­do­ners are really on top of paris these days
