I can think of quite a few people, even business bloggers, who employ a Gatekeeper, who replies to your emails when you email the blog author, for example. Many busy and/or arrogant CEOs use Gatekeepers to screen and/or protect themselves from hostile or honest questions. LOL and ROTF. And I thought I was a bad ass mouthy antagonist.
