The venue for Reboot 7.0 is The Kettle Hall on Frederiksberg, probablt the most bourgeois part of Copenhage a few miles outside the city centre. A very small but rather luxurious hotel that I'd recommend even though I've never stayed there is Guldfasanen, Nordre Fasanvej 1, 2000 Frederiksberg, phone: +45 3834 2071. It's close to the venue and to the metro leading into town.
In the centre of Frederiksberg is Radisson SAS Falconer Hotel - nothing special except for the location. Good standard though.
My last suggestion would be
First Hotel Skt. Petri
Adresse: Krystalgade 22
1172 K

As I stated I have never stayed at these hotels, but I've heard much bad about them either.
Admiral, which Allan states, is a great hotel although I believe they are in heaving constructing at the moment so it's not that good a place to stay. I have stayed at Admiral and it's a great hotel, although I believe some of their prices are a little overpriced comparing with their hotel status.
Another idea could be the Hotel Phoenix.

You could also look into the Hotel Alexandra, which has some lovely individually furnished rooms, or Charlottehaven, which are individually (and tastefully) furnished flats-by-the-week.

I must -- with all respect -- disagree with Jacob and Jochem on the D'Angleterre and the Plaza. I've put up plenty of clients and business associates over the years, and none has had a good thing to say about D'Angleterre (gorgeous facade, and it stops there) or Plaza (the most overpriced, faux-English, psuedo-salon bar in Scandinavia).
Fox is certainly the newest thing in town: apparently great concept, but I've not seen it yet, or heard a service review.
If you were my client, I'd put you in the Admiral, overlooking the harbor or, if you wanted, one of the quasi-B&Bs in Frederiksberg or Vesterbro.
Finally, DR is an important medium, but they are so... tired. They'll pick up a story or angle a day or so after everyone else has picked it to death. If you are looking for more sparkling media, you should be more diverse.
Also looking forward to seeing you at Reboot--- can I get a bespoke card?

Have a look at http://www.woco.dk/ they have a nice overview of information about CPH, you should also be able to find some nice hotel.
As mentioned above Hotel D'Angleterre is really nice located. Another recommendation would be Radison SAS in the center. It does not meet the requirement small, but it is the tallest building in Copenhagen and has a great view over the bridge to Sweden, the airport, Tivoli and the rest of the city. Just make sure you get a room somewhere up in the tower. Nice located downtown as well. But if there is something in particular you like, please let me know. I am quite often on a stroll though town, so I have an opportunity to keep my eyes open for it.
I read about Reboot 7.0. Thinking about attending if I can find the money together (am a student here you know). But otherwise I would like to follow what is going on there. Could be interesting!
Good luck and if you have any questions, please let me know.

Finding a small luxury hotel isn't that hard in Copenhagen. There's a lot of them, since most luxury hotels here will probably seem small to you.
