Actually, I suppose Thomas is the creative, and Hugh is the suit (business guy).  How the times change...
Anyway, no-one I knew ever pronounced it creative, it was always &quot;crative&quot; in a horrid mockney accent.  (Mockney = Mock Cockney.  i.e. street cred accent adopted by middle class youth in London.  Bit like an Ivy League frat talking about his homies.)
