Interestingly, Tom Peters is (was?) beating the “Lovemarks” drum in New Zealand recently. Why I don’t cotton to high-profile consultants, #A0987-YD1345.

Notice that they had to take lovemarks offshore to the 2nd and third world to get any traction?
What’s the emoticon for a sly, knowing grin ? Well done Hugh.
Good job on smiting lovemarks.
But it’s also interesting to note similarities in the curves (though with greater amplitude on the hughtrain curve).
