I once bought several made-to-measure suits from an outfit in Hong Kong that did something similar. Their representative spent a few days in each of several major cities measuring people and taking orders. A few months later your suit appeared in the mail. Not as nice as bespoke, and five star hotel not included, but still pretty darn nice and an excellent value. Unfortunately, the company went under after one of their representatives absconded with a large pile of customer cash. Sigh…

Hugh and company–
tried to email and link or whatever did not work. anyway the bespoke feeling is it. we referenced it about our approach to dining see http://www.ideasinfood.typepad.com This is what we do and low and behold we are a remote, polished Guest House in Southwestern Colorado. oh and that wine blog thingy sounds darn near palatable.
