Oh, that is pretty common in the trade, in fact, you could call it the norm.
Every last stitch of clothing– dress or suit– on the red carpet of any movie premier will have been given out as a freebie.

A thought. Why don’t you budget 3 suits to give away–make sure they go to “influencers” then let them refer you to their pals.
I know, you’re saying “What! Gie three suits away?! Are you nuts?”
Consider it marketing. Remember Emerson (Ralph Waldo) when he said “you can’t give it away without it coming back.”
