Yes, I can already see the word “Nano” as one of those words soon to be “rendered annoying by marketing folks”.

and so forth…
micromarkets are nanoconversations
Any full-blown revolution must be made up of a whole lot of “nanorevolutions”… sort of like making the conversations smarter, “One customer at time”.
