It would take too much space to write all I liked about it. Just a brief comment about one place I found resonating false. "There's only one problem. Team Players are not very good at creating value on their own. They are not autonomous; they need a team in order to exist." First, none of us is really autonomous. Second, the problem that you describe is just result of our limitations. There is something important that happens in good team collaboration. Something similar to what happens in a sincere dialog. Yeah it is often a case of "Can they really still believe that". One piece of advice though. DO NOT read "The Future of Money" by Bernard Lietaer DO NOT investigate alternative currencies. Because when you stop believeing the whole money myth then you stop worried about being financially fucked. Which feels good but everyone else is still playing them game which can be rather tedious. heh. Yeah it is often a case of “Can they really still believe that”.

In this day and age of reaching your customers directly via the internet, there's absolutely NO reason to give up the majority of your profits to a publishing company. Particularly if they're not going to invest millions of dollars in promoting it apart from your own efforts. I can tell you from experience, the more profit you have, the more you can afford to promote your book and YOU are the best person for promoting your book, not your publisher. Cheers!
