    Exactly! All of my very sati­si­fied cus­to­mers are the ones where the con­ver­sa­tion con­ti­nues after the sale, and star­ted before the sale. Not only is the client more satis­fied, but we are also!
    Others, just want a pro­duct and no inte­rac­tion — “why are you asking me these ques­tions about my needs, it is none of your busi­ness!” “Yep, you are right, it IS none of my busi­ness, here is a competitor’s URL. Good Luck!”

    Funny. I feel the same way about that ulti­mate forum for (per­so­nal) growth, pri­mary rela­tionships. I love that the farther down the rab­bit hole we go, the more everything links to everything else.
