Okay, apart from being blazingly envious of your imminent move (am bound to L.A. for the time being – by choice, but still), point #6 strikes me as interesting.
I wonder how much of being creative lies in just plain giving yourself the space to do so. Both figuratively (i.e., not beating yourself up about whaddevah) and literally (i.e., traveling lite). Stuff, clutter, junk, etc is such a tether to the old.
Also, of course, throwing yourself off balance is a great way to stay in the now. And arriving in a new city with utterly new surroundings…well, you may find your “Sun” or “Tropic” cycle there at that. (And hot Parisian female action, too, of course.)
Moving is always a great opportunity to trim the fat that accumulates when we stay stationary. I love doing that. Reduce belongings to the essential.
I’m up for a really exciting job in Toronto. Can’t say more just yet. It kind of depends on how brave they are. More bulletins as events warrant.
bonne chance. appreciez la vi simple. el semble merveilleuse
I think that’s right, my french is not top notch. Probably below the curve actually.
