THOUGHT: With RSS get­ting more and more popu­lar (cer­tainly with me and other blog­gers who I admire), this kind of adver­ti­sing for­mat (“advo­cacy model”) is going to get more popu­lar. Ban­ner ads are his­tory. I won­der what Blo­gads are going to do about it.
Like Bret said, this movie bet­ter be pretty damn awe­some to jus­tify all the pim­ping I’m doing…
Disc­lai­mer: No, I’m not being paid to plug the movie. Dave, the direc­tor is one of my best friends, so I’m hel­ping him out as best I can in time for the US release (April 16th).
