advertising creative is dead

From Mar­ke­ting­wonk: Crea­tive is dead. It’s all about media now.
The trou­ble with ad agen­cies, crea­tive depart­ments espe­cially, is that they’re far more inte­res­ted in adver­ti­sing (“Ooh! Ah!”) than their client’s actual busi­ness. I’ve been ran­ting on about that for years.
This ought to scare a few of them. They should be scared.
